Maxnflaxl daf7191567 #593: wallet: Slatepack import works after a wallet restart 
The tx's one-time sender address is only registered on the tx's first
Update, which a fresh CLI process never reaches before importing. Preview
now registers the addresses of resumable ManualTransport txs itself.
Exchange test covers the restart shape with a fresh endpoint.
